Disappointed July 28, 2010 CG (Portland, OR) I'm really surprised by the great reviews on this toy. It was very difficult to put together... worst instructions ever. It doesn't move unless it's on a very hard flat surface. Also, it scratched our bamboo flooring up really bad. Not happy.

Should have read the 1-3 star reviews. Bought for my 4 year old. Does not ride well on any concrete or outside surface, no matter how smooth. Just as pictured--ideal for indoor gym or smooth tiled floor only.
Could be really fun but.... June 24, 2010 Natalie Lupton (Richmond, VA) I think this is a clever toy that could be a lot fun, however I think I was being a little too optimistic about how much room we would need to use it. My advice....if you don't have a really big smooth surfaced area to ride it on (like a big garage), you probably shouldn't get it.
Easy for young tots June 22, 2010 Kelly T. Cook (Los Angeles, CA) As the weather heats up, you will need to start planning activities for the great outdoors. My 4 year old is trying out her best on a bicycle with training wheels but that leaves my 2 year old in the dust. So I got her the Plasma Car which is really easy for her to ride. The car moves with momentum so all you need to do is swivel the steering wheel with very little effort to get the car going. There is a place to put the feet up. All you need is a safe flat surface. I don't have a driveway for this but we go to the basketball court in the park where she has plenty of room to roam around. Sturdy enough for grown ups to take it for a spin, I did and it is really fun!!

Fun-filled fabulous riding toy June 12, 2010 Paula J. Rothman (Philadelphia) I a bought PlasmaCar for my grandson's fourth birthday. He loves it iand rides it easily. His 18 month old sister loved it as well but walks it around the house. I just purchased a different color PlasmaCar for her second birthday so they won't have to share. I really think it is mom and dad who want to race it around the house. It only works on hard surfaces.
