1 out of 5 stars Received Incomplete-Horrible Customer Service   July 25, 2010

We purchased this product two weeks before my son's birthday. It takes 2 days for it to leave the warehouse or so they say and I received this about a week or so after I ordered. We received this and couldn't find instructions, parts list or screws. I called Amazon and told them his birthday was in 5 days....I needed them to ship a replacement in time. The guy ordered the replacement without knowing how long it would take. He then said we needed to repack the box and send it back. I had to request that they pick it up. He then looked to see how long it would take for me to get it and realized it couldn't arrive in time. I talked to his supervisor who reaffirmed they couldn't ship it any faster. I asked them about shipping me parts overnight....they told me I could call Little Tikes if I wanted to do that. I am sorry...I shopped at Amazon and would like them to solve my problem. I am busy and that is why I shop online so much to begin with. Now we get to deal with two returns, unpacking, repacking a box etc. I quickly looked online and found I could get it for $10 more at Toys R Us so I asked Amazon to not ship this. They said, "It's already shipped...we can't stop it. I will put a return call on this one too and once we received both back you will get your money back." What??? I thought it took so long because it took two days to leave the warehouse? Whatever. I spend thousands at Amazon (I buy all my organic baby food, diapers, presents etc)...I am VERY disappointed. PS...I can't rate the toy itself for obvious reasons.

5 out of 5 stars Great toy for the price   June 29, 2010

This is the best toy we found in the $100-150 range, having both a slide and swing. Easy to assemble. It's not amazing quality, but it's lightweight (easy to transfer from porch to yard), and low to the ground so not as much worry about toddler mishaps. Swing doesn't have much range of motion - but it's great for young kids. Our 15 month old loves it - we have it at both our house and the grandparents'.

1 out of 5 stars My 2 yr old never uses   May 14, 2010

This is not worth ordering considering how short slide is. It is as long as my kid so he gets no enjoyment out of it. The swing doesn't do much either. He has been on this item 2 times for less than 1 min each. Not worth the price.

2 out of 5 stars Not as Good as I thought   April 27, 2010

My son is 15 months old and the user manual says that this would be a good toy for someone who is up to 36 months; but since the swing is so low to the ground and my sons's feet drag the ground whenever he is swung I have a hard time believing that a 3 yr old would be small enough for this playset to be fun. Not only is the swing too low to the ground; the waist straps are too short and can barely fit around the waist of my 25lb 15 month old. Also when swung the whole thing rocks back and forth and side to side so you not only have tho push the swing but hold either side of the toy so it doesn't collapse on the child in the swing. The rock wall on the opposite side of the slide is also a little awkward. my son knows how to climb up on it but it has a lip of about 9-10 in where you have to step up just to get onto the platform for the slide. Since it is already inclined I don't know why they didn't just make a rounder hump instead of having to climb up only to have to be held so that they can step up from a downward climbing position. Would have liked the slide to be at a little more of an incline as well so he can enjoy sliding a further distance. He doesn't really seem too fond of the swing but it just feels a little cumbersome to the adult trying to play with their child.

This product is okay overall, but I have 14 month old twins and they are a handful and the swing on this set is really more for smaller/younger children. Overall the product is very durable and I would recommend it.
