Sports Climber July 20, 2010 JLO Bought this for my 2 yr old twin grandsons. It is small enough to keep in their play area in the house so they play with it all the time.
Excellent value for the low price! June 21, 2010 Rachelle Savannah We have DEFINITELY gotten our money's worth out of this purchase over the past two months. Our 2 year old has learned to play both inside and out on her "slide." It is very safe, easy to clean and provides long lasting entertainment. A great choice!
Great slide for my 1 year old and my 4 year old! June 18, 2010 J. Leal (Dallas) I will start by saying that my kids are on the smaller/shorter side, so perhaps our requirements are not the same as people with really tall or heavy kids. I bought this for my son's 1st birthday, and he has loved it since the day we put it together. My daughter is now 4 and also plays on it, although I admit she tends to stand at the top and pretends it is a princess castle more than an actual slide. Either way, it has been a much used and durable addition to our playroom. The only complaint I have is that the basketball hoop doesn't stay in at all, so if you are thinking your kids will practice their dunking skills, find another product. I am about to throw the hoop piece away because it really doesn't stay in even to gently throw a ball through it. I thought maybe I was supposed to have secured it with screws but nope... so be forewarned. The slide is the main attraction here. I also have a friend who's son is 3 now and they bought this for his 1st birthday and he also still plays with it. I think this is a great piece that kids will use in different ways for a few years. We keep it inside in our basement playroom, it isn't so big that it takes up the whole space and it is a great toy on bad wether days.
A little wobbly... June 14, 2010 soccerfan (USA) We bought this item because our 2 1/2-year-old was climbing everything in the house. The item arrived as described and assembly was less than 30 minutes. It is a great climber for the price and our toddler loves it. the only problem is that the base is very narrow and our active toddle can rock the climber sideways to the point of tipping over. It's not a huge deal because he only plays on it while being supervised, but prospective buyers ought to know that the lateral stability isn't the greatest and a child could be injured while playing unsupervised.
Great fun for toddlers! June 12, 2010 Andrea Lawson (Cedar Hill, MO) We purchased this for our granddaughter's 1st birthday. She can navigate the climbing wall well. Several children 1-4 yrs were playing together on it. The slide is the right size for this age. The balls are kind of lame, ended up in the pool, but the climbing wall, slide and 'port hole' on top of the slide were a big hit.
