didn't work once February 16, 2010 Neko Atkinson Carrillo (Utah) We were excited to get our boys a marshmallow gun that you didn't have to blow into. We purchased 2 guns and neither of them worked once. marshmallows ended up caught in the barrel and we cleaned them out, let the marshmallows get harder and still it wouldn't shoot.
unless you like the looks of the thing and pretending to shoot from it, i wouldn't order another. Unable to send it back.
Christmas Marshmallow War. February 10, 2010 C. Hanson (Portland, OR) This toy made for an awesome Christmas party. We may have won the fight but cleanup is not a lot of fun.
Cheap but fun February 8, 2010 J. P. Grattan (Portland, OR, US) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The gun itself isn't created from the highest of quality materials. The marshmallows have a tendency to stick inside the feeder shoot if they get slightly heated and sweat a little... but unless you're a pessimistic moron you'll instantly see the value in being able to fling tiny marshmallows at relatively high velocities...
Is it worth the small amount of money they ask for it? Definitely :)
Chill your marshmallows January 21, 2010 C. Hanson (Spokane, WA, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
After reading all the reviews, I decided to chill my marshmallows before giving them and the shooters to my brothers for Christmas. It worked great - no clogging.
This item uses MINI marshmallows, not full sized ones, making one load last for more shoots.
However, beware that often times multiple marshmallows shoot out at one time because the trigger is cheaply made.
fun, but impractical December 29, 2009 P. Johnsen (westchester ny) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It was grewat fun to use this toy, even as adults upon opening...
but after a little use, the marshmallows began to get clogged int he mechanism.
